Revyn Engine is a marketing and customer relationship management platform that enables users to manage leads, run advertising campaigns, automate communications, and analyze customer engagement data. The Service may include integrations with third-party tools and platforms.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

- Use the Service only for lawful purposes.

- Not use the Service in any way that violates any applicable federal, provincial, or local law, regulation, or ordinance, including Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) and the Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) of Alberta.

- Keep login credentials secure and not share them with unauthorized parties.

- Be responsible for the actions taken through your account.

4. Data Collection and Privacy

We collect and process data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You acknowledge and agree that:

- The Service uses tracking tools such as Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, Google Ads Pixel, and Lead Connector for marketing, analytics, and functionality purposes.

- By using the Service, you grant permission to utilize these tools to collect data about user behavior, site traffic, and conversion performance.

- You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service (including pixels and analytics) complies with applicable privacy laws and for disclosing data tracking practices to your own users and clients.

5. SMS Communications

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in through our online forms or other means, you consent to receive SMS (text) messages from us. These messages may include:

- Marketing and Promotional Content: updates about new products, services, special offers, or events.

- Transactional and Informational Updates: messages related to your account, appointments, or transactions.

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and service plan.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. To request assistance, reply HELP or contact our support team through the information provided on our website.

Carrier Disclaimer: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6. Third-Party Integrations

The Service may allow or require integration with third-party services and tools, such as:

- Google Analytics

- Meta (Facebook) Business Tools

- Lead Connector

- Other marketing and CRM tools

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or privacy practices of third-party services, nor do we endorse or assume liability for third-party tools.

7. Subscription & Payment

Access to the Service is provided on a subscription basis.

Subscription fees are billed as agreed during signup or onboarding.

All payments are final and non-refundable except as required by law or specifically stated in a written agreement.

Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of access to the Service.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, branding, and software associated with the Service are the property of Revyn Media or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

You may not:

- Copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service.

- Use the Service to infringe the intellectual property rights of others.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach any of these Terms.

Upon termination:

- our access to the Service will cease.

- Any data stored may be deleted, except where retention is required by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Revyn Media and Nathaniel Hunt are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of your access to or use of the Service.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Alberta.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes via the platform or email. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
